Punjtoon currently delivers orders throughout Pakistan through third-party courier partners.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery may be limited in certain remote or courier-restricted areas. If we are unable to deliver to your address, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

2. Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery across Pakistan.

There are no additional standard shipping charges for eligible orders.

The total payable amount will be displayed during checkout. Customers are not required to pay any undisclosed delivery fees.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 2-4 working days.

  • Other cities and areas: 3-5 working days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, adverse weather, courier delays, remote locations, or other circumstances affecting transportation.

We will assist customers when a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

Orders may be subject to confirmation and availability checks before dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partner.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared where available.

If you need an update about your order, you can contact our customer support team with your order number.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers can pay the amount shown in their order confirmation to the courier at delivery.

Any prepaid payment options are subject to availability through our checkout.

7. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including:

  • Full name.

  • Active phone number.

  • Complete delivery address.

  • City and area.

  • Any additional location details required by the courier.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

We will try to update the details before dispatch, where possible.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot complete delivery because the customer is unavailable or cannot be contacted, another delivery attempt may be arranged depending on the courier's procedures.

If an order is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact our support team to discuss the available options.

Any additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated before a new delivery is arranged.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or does not match its advertised contents, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue, where available.

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but has not been received, contact us so we can investigate the delivery with our courier partner.

Eligible issues will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order or change your delivery details, please contact us before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
